Subject 201 IS a version of Casey just if she was taken to the a.a.h.w by tricky (since he was gonna abandon her anyway he guessed he should at least make her a bit useful) so yeah they basicly use her for experiments and stuff she used to be friends with scrapeface before an experiment he actually gave her that little "bow" on her head
